在教师公开招聘面试中，有的用人单位会安排考生直接在考场试讲，由评委听课后进行评价；而有的用人单位则安排考生在学校课堂里进行试讲，不但有评委，有专业教师进行评价，还有学生听课，这种形式对考生提出了更高的要求，它要求考生不但要能讲好，还要会调动课堂气氛，组织课堂教学。

但不管是哪种形式，试讲都能非常全面地考查考生的教学基本功，考查考生对课堂教学方案的实施能力。

教案设计也叫课时计划，教案是教师备课的方案，是上课的重要依据，在实际教学活动中，教案起着十分重要的作用。

通过一份教案可以看出设计者的教育思想、对教材的熟悉程度、教学经验、教学能力等，因此一些地方在教师公开招聘面试时会要求考生同时提交一份教案，以评价考生的教案设计能力。

答辩的形式一般是评委提问，考生回答，问题可以是考前已经设计好的，也可以是在考生说课或试讲的过程中即兴提出的。

三、初中地理特岗教师面试怎么考？

学员报到,抽签排序。参与面试的人员须带上有效居民身份证、笔试考试准考证,于面试当天上午7:30以前到指定地址位置报到,抽签确定参与面试的顺序,上午面试的学员即进入封闭管理,下午面试的学员于当天下午2:00到面试地址位置接受封闭管理。
